Sassuolo is my masterstroke. It's been a great journey: 'At the beginning, I tried to get to know the people, Carlo Rossi, Remo Morini, and understand the history of the club. Giorgio and Adriana always allowed me to work independently and this allowed us, when they passed away, to give continuity with their children, Marco and Veronica, two fantastic young people. I feel like someone who drives a car that goes very fast, you have to keep it on the road, to do it you need to rely on valid collaborators, you need to have a vision, the right humility. The strength of this society are the people who are around me and help me, I can have abilities, but I cannot think of being the best of all in everything, I need to rely on collaborators who know more than me, then it's up to me to decide and I do. I can say that my masterstroke is Sassuolo Calcio. The doctor Squinzi and the doctor Spazzoli were two fantastic people, a family for me. Sassuolo had won Serie B and we, as Master Group Sport, made a project for the next ten years, from the stadium to the sports center, to work with Italians. They replied that it was exactly what they wanted. And then they proposed to me to take over the club. I was taken aback, at first I said no, but their insistence intrigued me and I decided to go to Sassuolo. I'll be sincere, I didn't even know where it was, I used the navigator. The headquarters was at Ricci, there were two or three employees, there was nothing. But I knew the ownership, I knew they would make me work and, since there was a lot to do, I took it as a great challenge. I started with great enthusiasm and made the right choice.
