The transfer market excites me, because it reminds me that I entered a hotel, in one of the transfer market's locations. I started in my parents' business, I must thank them, because they gave me the opportunity to have a role already at 16-17 years old. They listened to me too, which is not easy for a young boy. They allowed me to decide on certain strategic choices of work. They allowed me to start a job, to start a career. Meanwhile, I played football, with Pro Sesto, Solbiatese, but always for fun. I never thought I could become a champion or play at high levels. I always thought about having fun. I had also a chance: one year, I had the chance to go to Salernitana, but I refused because I preferred to stay in my city. At that time, an observer who worked also for Milan, proposed the purchase of a semi-professional club, which was Milanese Calcio. In those years it was one of the most important semi-professional clubs, which was linked to Varese and had the opportunity to launch young players. At that time it was going bankrupt and we had to intervene as a family: we paid off debts, but I had a lot of fun and it was my school. From not paying anyone to paying all the coaches, they thought we would have a short life and instead we did a great job.
